International Molecular Biology Network
(A-IMBN), established in 1997 by the
three prominent scientists of Japan,
Korea and Singapore, has served as the
largest, most distinguished academic
network promoting molecular biology
and biotechnology in Asia and the Pacific
Rim. It operates as a non-profit autonomous
organization, international in status
and non-political in management, staffing
and operations. It boasts strong network
resources with 300 world-leading bio-scientists
from 17 nations and 22 prestigious bio-related
institutions. Lately, it established
electronic International
Molecular Biology Laboratory (eIMBL),
virtual lab authorized by APEC and supported
by the Korean government. The founders
of A-IMBN and IMBN venture share the
philosophy of promoting life sciences
in Asia-Pacific region across the various
borders for the benefit of human kind.
IMBN Venture takes full advantage of
A-IMBN global network to support venture
companies with particular focus on this

Network Partners (TNP) Corporation
was established in 2000 in Yokohama,
Japan with the objectives of creating
a Silicon Valley type of ecosystem for
venture support (as a kind of the organization
like a foundation) and accumulating
hands-on knowhow (as a venture capital).

On The Road (TOR) Corporation was
founded in April 2005 as a subsidiary
of TNP, based on the know-how and network
resources accumulated in the past five
years to find, assist, foster venture
companies. IMBN Venture has maintained
strong business relationship with TNP
and TOR as a business partner and investor. |
