IMBN Venture joins as a major sponsor of A-IMBN Research in an effort to strengthening close ties with A-IMBN. A-IMBN Research is a joint online publication of the Asia-Pacific International Molecular Biology Network (A-IMBN) - see www.a-imbn.org - and Nature Publishing Group (NPG), publisher of the international science weekly Nature. The aim of the website is to highligjht some of the best research recently published by A-IMBN members and A-IMBN member institutions.

A team of NPG-selected science writers will write short easy-to-understand articles - a "research highlight" - explaining the importance of the selected articles for a broad audience. The highlights will be made freely available online on NPG's powerful Asia-Pacific website www.natureasia.com. The highlighted articles can be anticipated to receive increased global recognition and citation.
